How Booking Works

We believe massage should feel personal — from the moment you reach out.

We don’t use automated online scheduling. Instead, we invite you to request a session by filling out a short form and submitting a deposit to hold your spot. From there, we’ll personally follow up via phone or email within 24–48 hours to confirm a time that works best for both of us.

This process helps us give every client the care and attention they deserve, while offering flexibility and human connection along the way.

FAQ

Do I need to pay before my appointment?

Yes — we ask for a non-refundable deposit at the time of your request via Stripe to hold your spot. The remaining balance can be paid at your session via card, cash, or other agreed method.

How do I choose a time for my massage?

Instead of selecting a time online, you’ll share your preferred days and windows of availability in the Reserve a Session form. We'll then reach out to finalize your appointment together.

What happens after I fill out the form and pay the deposit?

You’ll receive a confirmation that your request was submitted. Then, within 24–48 hours, you’ll get a personal follow-up (email or phone) to confirm your appointment time.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes — with at least 24 hours' notice, we’re happy to reschedule your session and transfer your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting your deposit.

What types of massage do you offer?

We currently offer customized sessions for new clients and returning clients, using techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, and intuitive pressure-point release. Each session is tailored to your needs on the day of your visit.

Do you accept tips?

Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. If you feel moved to show extra gratitude, cash or digital tips are welcome.
